Edge of the Abyss

The battle lines were drawn over the charred remains of an outskirt village near where the Brotherhood’s home was.

The Ratkin and Abyssal’s advance over the ash and waste of the once thriving village, but ensure they are out of charge range from the Varangur and Ogre forces.

The Ogre Warlock bane chanted one of the Hordes of Goblin Archers, and both Goblin Archer units set about trying to pin down a regiment of Ratkin Blight.

The Abyssal Flamebearers and one of their Efreet set about targeting a troop of Reavers as they were cutting a path through the rubble, enveloping them in flames and leaving only smouldering remains behind.

Ratkins weapon team advanced and flamed the little Flying Goblin Bigget, who miraculously was only singed a bit.

Magnilde was targeted by a second Efreet and withstood the firestorm that engulfed her, then set about hunting, wounding and finally destroying the Efreet.

A Regiment of Blight charged the Red Goblin Horde, and inflicted a dent to them, but they retaliated and the Ogre Warlock Soul Drained the Blight and healed the Goblin Horde of most of the damage. With their souls leaving them the Regiment of Blight were just weak husks that the Goblins Trampled into the ash.

The second Red Goblin Archer Horde – Freddies Rear Guard, set about wounding the Ratkin Shock Horde.

A Troop of reavers doused their weapons, bodies and genitals with Fire Oil and charged with Thunderous Rage into the Flamebearers, ripping them apart limb from limb and orifice to orifice.

The Direfang Riders failed in their initial strike against a Regiment of Succubi, and got into a tit for tat battle with them, but with a crafty healing brew stowed on them, they removed most of the wounds inflicted upon themselves, the Regiment of Succubi, well they were trampled and torn apart piecemeal.

A Troop of Succubi targeted the Jabberwock and dented it, and without any blood flowing the Jabberwock was ineffective for a while against the troop and even failed to wound it!

One of the Efreet targeted the Goblin Horde from behind their own Succubi Troop and just ended up toasting the Goblins Marshmallows that they had skewered on their arrows.

The Ratkin and Abyssal's then started to gang up on the Goblin Hordes systematically Destroying them.

The troop of Succubi attacking the Jabberwock was suddenly overwhelmed by a vicious collaborated attack on front and flank by the Jabberwock, Troop of Reavers and Horde of Direfang Riders, when the dust and arterial spray settled there was just a single spinning succubi skull in the dirt remaining on what was a troop.

The Ogres now kick into battle.

The two of the three regiments of Bezerker Braves take the onslaught from a Horde of Blight, Regiment of Blight.

The Efreet blasts a troop of Reavers as they approach, but the Reavers shake off the attack and pounce on the Efreet, dicing the scant into dog meat.

The Three Bezerker Brave Ogre Regiments retaliate and just pluck rats out of the air and snap them in two destroying both a Horde and Regiment of Blight in a single round.

All that remained of the Ratkin and Abyssal forces were a single Horde of Shock Troops and a Troop of Succubi, last seen being pursued by Reavers and Direfang Riders back into the Abyss.
