  I think we should register Robert as RatKin as 25% of his force is RatKin. That way he is registered as Evil on this system.
  I have had to register as Orcs because there are no Twilight Kin on here for some reason, and nearly 25% of my army is Orcs.

  No because the net result will be neutral. Where are the Twilight Kin too?
  Neutral Armies should be able to chose, especially as they can align with 25% evil as in the KoM case here.

  Good V Good answer:
  When we first bought the campaign book at the club we looked to get two even teams on both the good and bad side. We had more good than bad, so Robert who’s men were neutral agreed to go dark to even the sides out for equal games and for the big end battle when it comes round. He also has Ratkin and nearly used that army but settled on men at the last minute. The fixtures were already in place.
