Deployment

Ogres
For the left flank, I had my two handed sword wielding warriors holding down the fort against his lesser obsidian golems. With crushing two, I thought they had the best chance there. Then my berserkers and warlock took the left flank to deal with his slave orcs, overmaster, and help out with the golems in the center. Then my boomers sat in the middle, with the standard bearer providing support, so they could fire upon those golems then back up a bit, staying just out of charge range, which did not work well.

Turn 1
My Warlock, Nakor the Blue, opens up with a lightning bolt aimed straight at Derek the Face Dragon and does absolutely nothing as i roll 5 1s and 1 3.

Both Ogres and Dwarfs just advanced meanicingly. I moved as many guys as i could into the difficult terrain to make his charges difficult.

Turn 2
Once more, Narok utterly fluffs with his lightning, but at the very least my boomers manage to fire off a round into Derek, dealing 2 wounds.

With his Golems and Derek in range, Oli blasts me with two breath attacks. The first went into my boomers and on a double 6, they are wavered! The other attack put four wounds on Narok.

Turn 3
My berserkers charge into the slave orcs, smashing them for 5 damage. Narok finally sliced into Derek with his lightning for 1 wound.

My boomers, wavered as they were, could not escape his golems charge, but by a miracle, they all missed! Unfortunately, Derek charged those boomers as well, dealing 1 wound.

Turn 4
The braves ruthlessly cut down his orcs and prepare to kill the Overmaster. Meanwhile, my standard bearer and my boomers charge into Derek's front, while my warriors with two handed weapons charged into his flank. Here, i was sure i would claim victory. With 39 attacks, I dealt 15 wounds to that bloated beast. Derek now has 18 wounds on him. There is no way he's going to surivive. I roll for nerve. Double Ones...

What followed was not pleasant for me. His golems on the left flank rear charge my warriors, routing them easily. Derek deals two wounds to my standard bearer, but he stays strong. His other unit of golems charged into my boomers, wavering them. While his overmaster ducked around my braves to charge my warlock, dealing 1 wound and wavering him.

Turn 5
With my ranged units wavered and useless, I could only charge. My standard bearer fought the massive Derek by himself, killing the monster at long last. Then my berserker braves got a flank charge into his golems, wiping them out with lucky rolls.

Unfortunately, the overmaster decided to take the rear charge on the braves, wiping them out since they were out of range of Narok's inspiring. The left flank golems also charged my standard bearer, but once more, he held firm!

Turn 6
My standard bearer and boomers charged into the golems and the dice gods favoured them to break the vile stone monstrosities. Narok meanwhile strikes the overmaster with a blast of lighting for 3 wounds, but fails to break him.

The overmaster charges in and scatters the already weakened boomers.

Turn 7
Narok blasts the overmaster with lightining, but just barely fails to rout him. Thankfully, he does waver the dwarf, stopping him from charging and killing my standard bearer.

Conclusion
The battle went poorly for me to begin with. My lightning shots really did not do as much as i had hoped they would. Meanwhile, Derek and those golems succeeded in pummeling me with their breath attacks/fireballs. Honestly, I can't think of much i would have done differently, tactics wise. It was mostly the rolls of the dice that messed me up.

Derek goes down!
