A marauding band of Berserker Braves, led by a pair of nefarious Warlocks and that dastardly villain Nomargarok himself, strayed too close to the Goblins. With a malicious cunning, the Goblins launched a surprise attack on the Ogres, who were no doubt trying to prevent the opening of the ways in the Twilight Glades. Many Ogres fell to the initial volley of bows, war machines, and lightning bolts. The survivors put up a valiant fight, but could not withstand the tide of Chariot, Giant, Slasher, Trolls, and Mawbeasts! As the dust settled, nary a single Ogre survived to tell the tale. Even the traitorous Red Goblin Biggit in their employ was struck down from his Fleabag. Praise be to the Goblin King!
In truth, it as a tough fought battle that saw lady luck blessing my dice and cursing those of my opponent! My early shooting took out a Warlock, which guaranteed by superiority at long range. In combat, my Giant and Slasher multi-charged a horde of Berserker Braves and rolled insane, putting 13 damage on and routing them in a single go!
In response, my opponent couldn't accomplish much. He charged my very fragile troops of Mawbeast Packs and resoundingly whiffed, allowing them to survive longer than they had any right to, and also allowing my Trolls to get into good positions.
Like the gentleman he is, my opponent took it all with a smile. We shook hands and rejoiced in another fun game of Kings of War!
Very agile Mawbeasts or clumsy Ogres? haha. Nice batrep =)
Congrats on the victory!
Goblins always fun to play against 🙂
Although a bit more specific information would be nice, kinda have to guess at how the battle went, actually. But congrats on the win, sounds like you earned it!
Nicely done, mini greenskins! Sounds like a fun game.
